# Impact Pool (/docs/risex/rewards/impact-pool)

The Impact Pool is a weekly program that returns a portion of the slippage paid on large trades to traders as RISE points.

Each week, a pool of points is distributed based on that week's total qualifying slippage. Traders whose trades meet the qualifying criteria enter a draw, and winners receive a share of the pool proportional to the slippage they paid.

## How it works

1. Trade size. Any crossing trade of **\$50,000 or more** qualifies.
2. Any slippage you pay beyond 1 bp on those trades adds to your weekly total.
3. **Weekly reward.** Each round runs for one week, from 00:00 UTC Wednesday to the following Wednesday. If you qualified, you have a **50% chance of winning** that week, and your prize is **proportional to the slippage you paid** during the round. Rewards are distributed every **Thursday**.

## What you win

Rewards are paid in RISE points, credited to your points balance alongside everything else in the [Points program](/docs/risex/rewards/points), so they count toward the same rewards. The more qualifying slippage you took on that week, the larger your prize if you win.
