How to get help with RISEx.
If you run into any issues or have questions about RISEx, the fastest way to get help is through the RISE Discord.
Open a Support Ticket
- Join the RISE Discord
- Navigate to the #support-ticket channel
- Click Create ticket to open a new support ticket
A team member will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. Tickets are private, only you and the RISEx team can see the conversation.
