If you run into any issues or have questions about RISEx, the fastest way to get help is through the RISE Discord.

## Open a Support Ticket

1. Join the [RISE Discord](https://discord.gg/risechain)
2. Navigate to the **#support-ticket** channel
3. Click **Create ticket** to open a new support ticket

A team member will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. Tickets are private, only you and the RISEx team can see the conversation.
